各区县(自治县)人民政府,市政府有关部门,有关单位:为切实解决我市用人单位未参保超过法定退休年龄人员基本养老保障有关遗留问题,根据《人力资源和社会保障部财政部关于解决未参保集体企业退休人员基本养老保障等遗留问题的意见》(人社部发[2010]107号)规定,结合我市实际,经市政府同意,现就有关问题通知如下:一、适用范围同时符合下列条件的超过规定退休年龄人员(以下简称超龄人员),本人自愿完清一次性应缴纳基本养老保险费的,可以个人身份参加城镇企业职工基本养老保险。(一)具有本市城镇户口;(二)未参加基本养老保险;
