研究了溅射Co-30Cr-6Al-0.5Y涂层中缺陷对涂层抗高温氧化,热腐蚀及热疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:在氧化条件下,缺陷导致Al的内氧化,在1100℃时,由于Al的大量内消耗,涂层表面已不能形成单一的氧化铝膜,使氧化性能下降;在热腐蚀条件下,缺陷成为硫向涂层中扩散的通道,导致涂层及基体的硫化;在冷热疲劳条件下,缺陷成为裂纹源,在交变应力作用下,裂纹向基体中扩展,降低了涂层的热疲劳性能。
The effects of defects in sputtered Co-30Cr-6Al-0.5Y coatings on the high temperature oxidation resistance, hot corrosion and thermal fatigue properties of the coatings were investigated. The results show that under the oxidation condition, the defects lead to the internal oxidation of Al. Due to the large internal consumption of Al at 1100 ℃, a single aluminum oxide film can not be formed on the surface of the coating and the oxidation performance decreases. Under hot corrosion conditions, Defects become the diffusion channels of sulfur into the coating, which leads to the vulcanization of the coating and the matrix. Under the conditions of thermal fatigue, the defects become the source of cracks. Under the alternating stress, the cracks expand into the matrix, reducing the heat of the coating Fatigue performance.
