本文研究了二氨基二苯乙烯类型的荧光增白剂(FWAs)对阔叶木BCTMP浆的光稳定作用。在BCTMP手抄片表面涂饰0.1%~0.5%的FWA可以抑制返黄程度的25%。用聚乙二醇可以改善FWA的光稳定效果,可能是它改善了FWA在纤维表面的覆盖情况。对FWA处理过的BCTMP手抄片,白度(不包括荧光增量)检测表明,FWA对抑制光致返黄具有明显的作用。抗老化剂和FWA协同处理BCTMP,可全面改善BCTMP的光稳定性。应用:FWA在BCTMP或BCTMP/kraft浆料中的应用效果表明FWA可以降低含高得率浆纸页的返黄。
In this paper, the photostabilization effect of diamino stilbene-type fluorescent whitening agent (FWAs) on hardwood BCTMP pulp was studied. Applying 0.1% to 0.5% FWA on the BCTMP hand sheet surface can inhibit 25% of the degree of yellowing. Using polyethylene glycol improves the light stability of FWA, perhaps because it improves the FWA coverage on the fiber surface. Examination of whiteness (excluding fluorescence) of FWA-treated BCTMP handsheets showed that FWA had a significant effect on inhibition of photoloregulation. Anti-aging agent and FWA co-treatment of BCTMP, can improve the light stability of BCTMP. Application: The application of FWA in BCTMP or BCTMP / kraft slurries shows that FWA can reduce the yellowing of paper with high yield pulp.
