目的观察护理流程管理在急诊创伤性休克患者抢救中的应用效果。方法将本院急诊科自2010年4月至2012年4月收治的140例创伤性休克患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组两组,每组70例。对照组给予常规急救处理,观察组则应用标准化护理流程管理,比较两组患者的抢救成功率,统计其有效救治时间与医疗纠纷发生率。结果观察组抢救时间为(45.24±16.28)min,明显低于对照组的(72.05±14.51)min,组间对比差异明显(P<0.05);观察组患者及家属对护理流程满意69例,护理满意度为98.57%,抢救成功69例,成功率为98.57%,均明显高于对照组,且观察组仅1例发生医疗纠纷,占1.43%,明显低于对照组的15.71%(P<0.05)。结论对急诊创伤性休克患者展开标准化抢救护理流程管理,不仅可提高抢救成功率,提升护理满意度,缩短抢救时间,同样可降低医疗纠纷发生率,优化护理质量,值得推广。
Objective To observe the application of nursing process management in the emergency rescue of patients with traumatic shock. Methods A total of 140 patients with traumatic shock admitted to our emergency department from April 2010 to April 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 70 cases in each group. The control group was given routine emergency treatment, and the observation group was standardized nursing procedure management. The rescue success rate was compared between the two groups, and the effective treatment time and the incidence of medical disputes were calculated. Results The rescue time in the observation group was (45.24 ± 16.28) min, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (72.05 ± 14.51) min, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). In the observation group, 69 patients were satisfied with the nursing process, Satisfaction was 98.57%, salvage was successful in 69 cases, the success rate was 98.57%, were significantly higher than the control group, and the observation group only 1 case of medical disputes, accounting for 1.43%, significantly lower than the control group 15.71% (P <0.05 ). Conclusions Standardized emergency rescue and nursing process management in emergency traumatic shock patients can not only improve the success rate of rescue, improve nursing satisfaction and shorten the rescue time, but also reduce the incidence of medical malpractice and optimize the nursing quality, which is worth to be popularized.
