对60例病毒性心肌炎患儿和20例健康儿童的血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)的含量进行测定。结果显示病毒性心肌炎患儿单胺类神经递质含量均显著高于正常对照组(P均<0.001)。病毒性心肌炎伴心律失常组与不伴心律失常组无差异(P均>0.05)。
Serum levels of 5-HT, NE and DA in 60 children with viral myocarditis and 20 healthy children were measured. The results showed that monoamine neurotransmitters in children with viral myocarditis were significantly higher than the normal control group (P all <0.001). Viral myocarditis with arrhythmia group and without arrhythmia group no difference (P all> 0.05).
