急性重症肝炎(即急性肝坏死),病情凶险,迄无有效疗法,其病死率高达70～90%。我科于1977年6月至1980年12月间,采用以中药醒脑合剂为主、以西药为辅的综合疗法,治疗10例急性重症肝炎,获得较高治愈率(6/10)。兹作简要报告。醒脑合剂处方:绵茵陈40 金钱草40 生山栀12 生大黄20(后下)紫丹参30 桃仁泥12全当归15 川芎12 赤芍15 枳实12 厚朴12石昌蒲12 胆星12 天竺黄12 广郁金15 元明粉12 (冲)(单位·克) 常规煎制,鼻饲,每次60～150ml,每日4次。每次加服紫雪散4分(二管)、牛黄安宫丸半粒或1粒,至清醒时为止。

Add purple purple powder each 4 points (two tubes), Begonia An Palace pills or a grain until awake.
