王××,女,35岁,农,河北省盐山县人,1985年8月11日来诊。主诉:双眼磨痛视物不清一日。病史:8月10日在棉田喷散农药“速灭杀丁”一天,夜间感头部不适,晨起双眼磨痛视物模糊不清即来就诊。既往健康,全身未见异常。眼部检查:双眼视力均0.1。双眼睑皮肤潮红肿胀;睑结膜中度充血;球结膜充血水肿,++);角膜透明。屈光间质透明。眼底镜所见;双眼视神经乳头边清,视网膜动脉细,后极部视网膜水肿黄斑区可见明显之反
