在黑龙江省呼玛县,有个全省第一位鄂伦春族女副县长关金芳。她多才多艺,聪明善良、有胆有识。1956年3月,关金芳出生在大兴安岭风景秀丽的呼玛河畔白银纳鄂伦春民族乡一个猎民家庭。父亲关佰宝是由旧社会的萨满成长起来的优秀村党支部书记,母亲孟玉兰是著名的民歌手和故事家,太爷关祝路托是位德高望重的民间艺人,姥姥关乌力彦是著名的女萨满。在这样一个得天独厚的环境里关金芳学到了许多民歌、舞蹈、民间故事。鄂伦春民族的文化艺术素养,在关金芳身上充分得到了体现。无论是民歌、舞蹈,还是剪纸艺术,她一看就懂,一听就会,学得惟妙惟肖。
