目的探讨磷脂酶A2(PLA2)及细胞因子(CKs)在肺炎恶化进程中的作用及意义。方法结合危重病评分.采用ELISA检测25例肺炎患儿血清PLA_2、CKs如肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)叶及白细胞介素8(IL-8)含量,并监测患儿脏器功能、血乳酸及动脉血气。结果肺炎组患儿血清PLA2、TNF-α及IL-8含量明显低于伴呼衰组(P<0.05)及伴多衰组(PMO.01);PLA2与TNF-α、IL-8及血乳酸是正相关。结论PLA2及CKS相互作用,参与肺炎的病理生理过程;PLA2与肺炎病情有关,并可作为早期警示呼衰及多衰发生的实验性参数。
Objective To investigate the role and significance of phospholipase A2 (PLA2) and cytokines (CKs) in the progression of pneumonia. Methods combined with critical illness score. Serum levels of PLA2 and CKs, such as tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukin-8 (IL-8), were measured by ELISA in 25 children with pneumonia and their organ function, blood lactate and arterial blood gas were monitored. Results The levels of PLA2, TNF-α and IL-8 in pneumonia group were significantly lower than those in the group with or without respiratory failure (P <0.05) and with the increase of TNF-α, IL-8 And blood lactate is a positive correlation. Conclusions PLA2 interacts with CKS and participates in the pathophysiological process of pneumonia. PLA2 is associated with the severity of pneumonia and may serve as an experimental parameter for early warning of respiratory failure and multi-decay.
