班级是学校工作的一个基本单位,也是学生学习生活的基本组织。班主任是班集体的组织者和教育者,是学生德、智、体、美诸多方面发展的指导者。班主任工作是一项繁琐而富有挑战性的工作。班级管理就是千万百计地调动学生参与班级管理的主动性和积极性,使学生成为学习、生活和班务管理的主人。良好的班级管理能加速学生的全面发展,并有效地展现学生各方面的潜质和才能,为学生发展提供一个广阔的空间。
Class is a basic unit of work in schools, but also the basic organization for students to learn life. Class teacher is the class organizer and educator, is a student moral, intellectual, physical, and many aspects of the development of the guide. Class teacher work is a tedious and challenging job.
