本文采用体外反搏治疗突发性耳聋４９例（５１耳），有效率为８６．２７％，用能量合剂辅以血管扩张剂药物治疗４７例（４９耳），有效率为６５．３１％，两组疗效有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。本文结果表明体外反搏治疗突聋是一种改善内耳微循环的有效方法。
In this paper, 49 cases (51 ears) of sudden deafness were treated with external counterpulsation, the effective rate was 86.27%. 47 cases (49 ears) were treated with energy mixture and vasodilator drugs, the effective rate was 65.31% There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The results of this paper show that EECP treatment of sudden deafness is an effective method to improve microcirculation in the inner ear.
