绿色建筑被认为是解决建筑业可持续发展瓶颈的有效途径。但是绿色建筑的复杂性和综合性,决定了绿色建筑技术实践、经济和社会价值评价研究必然成为绿色建筑立法的理论和实证研究的基础。因此本文从建筑工程学、经济学、管理学、法学的不同领域,对绿色建筑研究的总体情况、主要观点进行分析,并指出立法研究的不足,以期对绿色建筑立法研究有所裨益。
Green building is considered as an effective way to solve the bottleneck of sustainable development in construction industry. However, the complexity and comprehensiveness of green buildings determine the practice of green building technology. Therefore, the research of economic and social value evaluation will inevitably become the basis of the theoretical and empirical research of green building legislation. Therefore, this article analyzes the general situation and main points of green building research from different fields of architecture engineering, economics, management science and law, and points out the shortcomings of legislation research in the hope of benefiting the legislation of green building.
