作为高职高专类职业袁霞,在对学生的素质培养上,应该以社会上需求的技术性人才为主,在实际的教学过程中应该更为注重技术能力的培养和职业素质的培养。在分析了文秘专业目前教学管理模式现状的基础上,提出对文秘专业教学模式进行改革,在诸多改革的实践中,一体化教学改革的成效最为显著,在推行后的效果较好。针对职业院校办学特点,就教学改革模式的创新进行探讨。
