为确定夏枯草中黄酮提取的最佳工艺,以夏枯草为主要原料,在单因素试验基础上采用Box-Be-hnken中心组合试验设计和响应面(RSM)分析法,建立微波提取黄酮的二次回归方程,并以黄酮提取率为响应值绘制响应面图和等值线图.考察乙醇体积分数、微波功率、料液比及时间对黄酮提取率的影响.最佳提取工艺条件:乙醇浓度30%,微波功率300W,料液比1:70,微波时间150s,夏枯草黄酮提取率为8.80%.
In order to determine the best technology for the extraction of flavonoids from Prunella vulgaris, Prunella vulgaris as the main raw material, Box-Be-hnken central composite design and Response Surface Method (RSM) based on single factor experiment, The regression equation was drawn and the response surface map and the contour map were drawn with the flavonoid extraction rate as the response value.Effects of ethanol volume fraction, microwave power, solid-liquid ratio and time on the extraction rate of flavonoids were investigated.The optimum extraction conditions were ethanol concentration 30%, microwave power 300W, solid-to-liquid ratio 1:70, microwave time 150s, Prunella vulgaris flavonoids extraction rate was 8.80%.
