引领农村校本教研活动开展的三项机制

近几年,由于广大中小学和各级教育行政部门、教研部门的重视,农村校本教研在全国各地得到了广泛的开展,对农村教师群体专业素质的提升起了很大的促进作用,推动了城乡教育的均衡发展。但是,城乡教育不均衡的现实造成的诸多因素制约了农村校本教研活动的有效开展。因此,作为基层教研部门的县区教研室,应认真研究分析农村校本教研活动开展存在的难题,采取务实有效的措施,引领区域内农村校本教研活动更加扎实有效地开展。我区教研室在深入农村中小学调研的基础上,逐步构建了引领农村校本教研活动开展的三项机制。 In recent years, due to the importance attached by the general primary and secondary schools, education administration departments and teaching and research departments, rural school-based teaching and research has been widely carried out across the country and played a significant role in promoting the professional quality of rural teachers. The balanced development of urban and rural education. However, many factors caused by the imbalanced education between urban and rural areas have restricted the effective development of rural school-based teaching and research activities. Therefore, as a grass-roots teaching and research department of the county department, should seriously study and analyze rural school-based teaching and research activities to carry out existing problems, take practical and effective measures to lead the region of rural school-based teaching and research activities more solid and effective. On the basis of in-depth research in primary and secondary schools in rural areas, our district teaching and research institute gradually established three mechanisms to lead the rural school-based teaching and research activities.
