通过对毕业生调研发现,很多学生毕业参加工作后出现了一些不适应,这些不适应是因为学校和企业在很多方面的差别导致。在班级管理中运用企业化管理的模式,能够帮助学生在校期间树立良好的习惯、意识、觉悟,有助于将来学生毕业到企业中快速完成由学生向员工的身份转换,有助于实现在校生培养和企业需求的统一性对接。笔者在查询大量相关研究资料的基础上,通过实践研究,得到了一些班级企业化管理的经验,主要有模仿企业组织机构,组建学生管理组织框架;构建工分制的管理机制,形成激励与约束并举;充分发挥班委会的作用,明确责任与义务;建立述职机制,提升管理服务水平;营建企业氛围,传递企业文化;走近行业企业,获得学生认同。
