研究了低、中碳钢600~700℃软氮化淬火及时效复合热处理新工艺。630℃以上软氮化2小时后直接淬火,继之以100℃时效处理1.5~2小时,可以获得较厚的硬化层,在ε-相下面是硬度较高的马氏体层及扩散层,改善了氮化层中硬度的分布,从而解决了一般软氮化处理的渗层过薄及在低中碳钢制件上渗层硬度分布不合理的问题。对某些要求表面耐磨,抗蚀,处理后还须局部冷加工的结构较复杂的低碳钢另件,应用此种复合处理工艺,可获得良好的技术和经济效果。
The new technology of soft nitriding quenching and aging composite heat treatment of low and medium carbon steel at 600 ~ 700 ℃ was studied.
