1 材料1.1 实验动物 SD老年大白鼠50只,四川省计划生育科学研究所提供,雌雄各半。月龄:27月龄。体重:雄性650±80g;雌性510±50g。另取5月龄10只做青年对照组。实验时,动物雌雄分笼饲养,自由摄食、饮水。1.2 药品 脑力康制剂:方由制首乌、川芎、菖蒲等药,按Ⅲ类新药(中药)要求制成无糖颗粒剂型,制剂由成都中医药大学研制,成都军区科研药厂生产。喜得镇(LATERGAL tablet):Chemi-cal Works of Gedeon Richter Ltd Budapest-Hungary产:1mg/片。
1 Materials 1.1 Experimental Animals SD old rats, 50 were provided by the Sichuan Institute of Family Planning Science, half male and half male. Moon age: 27 months old.
