管道材料专业通过SPRD(Smart Plant Reference Data)工程材料编码体系管理平台生成材料编码(Commodity Code)并导出管道材料等级表,数据库管理员将导出的材料等级表导入SP3D(Smart Plant 3D)数据库中供管道设计人员三维建模使用。通过SPRD生成的材料编码不仅具有材料描述,还包含标准体系,管道及组成件的外形尺寸和重量等信息。这种材料编码具有唯一性和可持续发展性,便于多专业的集中化管理,紧密集成设计、采购和施工等过程。使用SPRD,SP3D以及SPP&ID(Smart Plant P&ID)集成的项目,构建数字化工厂平台,最终在平台上实现一个数字化工厂全面的解决方案。
The pipe material professional generated the Commodity Code through the SPRD (Smart Plant Reference Data) engineering material coding system management platform and exported the pipe material grade table, and the database administrator imported the material grade table into the SP3D (Smart Plant 3D) database for Pipeline designer 3D modeling. Material codes generated by SPRD include not only material descriptions but also information on the dimensions and weight of standard systems, pipes and components. This material code is unique and sustainable, facilitates multi-disciplinary, centralized management and tightly integrates design, procurement and construction.
