从2006年开始,在地方政府以航空带动地方经济的激情助推下,中国民航业一直在高速跃进,其中支线航空更是一派繁荣。然而缠绕民航业多年的痼疾,在急速扩张中早已不断放大,通过日益频繁和普遍的航班延误引发民怨,并在2010年8月24日以惨痛的伊春空难作为最新的沉重标注。一时间,几乎所有媒体都提到一点:此次事件终结了民航2102天的安全飞行纪录。相比其他领域,这一纪录是值得我们骄傲的。然而,面对血淋淋的现实,人们终于无法再骄傲了。追问事故原因和反思民航高速发展过程中的弊病,应是当务之急。
Starting from 2006, with the enthusiasm of local governments to boost local economy through aviation, the Chinese civil aviation industry has been leaping at a high speed. Among them, regional aviation is even more prosperous. However, the chronic diseases that have been causing the civil aviation industry for many years have long been magnified during the rapid expansion. Their complaints have been triggered by the increasingly frequent and widespread flight delays. As a result, the tragic Yichun crash was the latest heavy call on August 24, 2010. For a time, almost all the media made a point: the incident ended 2102 days of civil aviation safety flight record. This record deserves our pride compared to other fields. However, in the face of bloody reality, people are finally no longer proud. It is imperative to ask the cause of the accident and reflect on the shortcomings in the rapid development of civil aviation.
