冷弯薄壁型钢组合楼盖在使用过程中既要承担上部楼层传来的竖向荷载并且传递风荷载及地震力至剪力墙,同时要满足舒适度指标,因此组合楼盖必须具备良好的承载能力、刚度及振动性能。结合国内外具有代表性的冷弯薄壁型钢组合楼盖受力性能的研究进展,从承载力研究、刚度研究和振动性能研究三个方面总结,分析组合楼盖类型和不同楼盖构造措施对组合楼盖受力性能的影响,综合国内外理论分析成果,总结不同类型的组合楼盖抗弯承载力和平面内(外)刚度的计算方法及振动舒适度设计标准,指出冷弯薄壁型钢组合楼盖现有设计方法和理论体系的不足,为编制国家或行业设计标准提供可靠依据,以期推动冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅在中国的发展应用。
