采用真空膜蒸馏法处理吸收了硫化氢的碳酸盐富液,考察料液温度、流量、浓度及膜两侧真空度对分离效果的影响。结果表明,在实验条件下,富液进口温度、流量和膜两侧真空度的增加导致膜总通量增大;选择性系数随温度和真空度的增加而减少,随流量增加而升高;初始浓度对脱除率影响不大。装置运行的优化条件是:料液温度为60℃,流量为250 L/h,真空度85 kPa,在此条件下,富液的脱硫率可达96%。
Vacuum membrane distillation was used to treat the hydrogen sulfide-rich carbonate flooding liquid. The effects of feed temperature, flow rate, concentration and vacuum on both sides of the membrane on separation efficiency were investigated. The results show that under the experimental conditions, the increase of the inlet temperature, the flow rate and the degree of vacuum on both sides of the rich liquid lead to the increase of the total membrane flux. The selectivity coefficient decreases with the increase of the temperature and the degree of vacuum and increases with the increase of the flow rate. The initial concentration has little effect on the removal rate. The optimum conditions for the operation of the device are as follows: the feed liquid temperature is 60 ℃, the flow rate is 250 L / h and the degree of vacuum is 85 kPa. Under this condition, the desulfurization rate of rich liquid can reach 96%.
