作者总结了２４年医疗实践中所遇见的２３例较罕见的尿道原发性恶性肿瘤。发现尿道原发性恶性肿瘤与尿道疾病有关，病理类型以腺癌、鳞癌为多见，其它类型恶性肿瘤较少见。治疗以手术为主，手术方式及范围视病理类型及临床分期而定，尿道癌的预后与其治疗方式的选择及发现迟早有关。
The authors conclude 23 rare cases of primary urinary tract malignancies encountered in 24 years of medical practice. Found that primary urethral malignancy and urinary tract diseases, pathological types of adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma is more common, other types of malignant tumors are rare. The treatment is mainly based on the operation. The mode and scope of the operation depend on the type of pathology and the clinical stage. The prognosis of the urethral carcinoma is related to the choice and discovery of the treatment mode.
