新日铁君津厂的3号、4号高炉最初采用的都是冷却板系统,随着炉龄的老化,各自办内型的破损都已相当严重。因此,为了避免操作上的变化,延长高炉寿命,在两周的休风期间内,用冷却壁替换了原先的冷却板系统,以对两座高炉的炉身内型进行修补。经过这次修补,下料变得顺畅了炉墙附近的气流也稳定了,因此高炉寿命的延长也将成为自然。
Nippon Steel Junjin Plant No. 3, No. 4 blast furnace are initially used in the cooling plate system, with the aging of the furnace, the respective type of internal damage has been quite serious. Therefore, in order to avoid operational changes and extend the life of the blast furnace, the original cooling plate system was replaced with cooling walls during the two-week break so as to repair the inside of the shaft of the two blast furnaces.
