随着我国经济的发展,对于建筑的质量要求越来越高。在不良地基上的建筑物,很容易出现地基过量的不均匀沉降而开裂和破坏,严重影响建筑物的使用功能和结构安全。本文是根据地基产生不均匀沉降的原因以及地质环境的影响,选择地基处理的方法,加强地基承载力。为了保证建筑物的正常使用,所以要掌握建筑物的沉降情况,及时发现对建筑物不利的下沉现象,以便采取措施。在建筑物的施工及使用中,要对建筑物进行观测。
