为获得侧向环形聚能切割器射流成型的特点和规律,运用LS-DYNA有限元软件模拟大口径侧向环形切割器两点对称起爆射流成型过程,借助综合性仿真平台Altair Hyper Works,揭示侧向环形射流3个方向速度和形态随切割器圆心角θ的变化规律。研究结果表明:侧向环形切割器内外侧微元质量不对称性和爆轰时间不同步性是环形射流偏斜和形态不稳定的主要原因;射流轴向速度、径向速度、切向速度随圆心角θ的变化呈不同的规律;随θ增大,射流扭曲变形越来越严重。将电脑仿真技术应用到模拟环形射流成型的高速复杂过程中,研究结果为环形切割器的优化设计提供重要依据。
In order to obtain the characteristics and regularity of jet shaping of lateral toroidal shaped cutter, LS-DYNA finite element software was used to simulate the two-point symmetrical detonating jet forming process of large-diameter lateral toroidal cutter. With Altair Hyper Works, a comprehensive simulation platform, Variation of the velocity and shape of the annular jet to the three directions of the circular jet with the cutter’s central angle θ. The results show that the asymmetry of the micro-element mass inside and outside the lateral ring cutter and the detonation time asymmetry are the main causes of annular jet deflection and shape instability. The computer simulation technology is applied to the high-speed complex process of the simulated annular jet forming. The research results provide an important basis for the optimization design of the circular cutter.
