[目的]了解居民死亡率及死因构成,为制定重点疾病防治措施提供依据。[方法]对永定县2004~2005年居民死亡情况进行调查。[结果]2004~2005年永定县居民年均死亡率为560.70/10万,标化死亡率为530.00/10万。年均死亡率(/10万),呼吸系统病为142.56,恶性肿瘤为106.54,脑血管病为103.73,损伤和中毒为74.85,心脏病为57.65。[结论]死亡水平呼吸系统病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、损伤和中毒、心脏病是主要死因。
[Objective] To understand the composition of death and cause of death in residents and provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of key diseases. [Method] To investigate the death of residents in Yongding County from 2004 to 2005. [Results] The average annual death rate of residents in Yongding from 2004 to 2005 was 560.70 / 100,000, and the standardized death rate was 530.00 / 100,000. The average annual death rate (/ 100,000), respiratory system disease was 142.56, malignant tumors was 106.54, cerebrovascular disease was 103.73, injury and poisoning was 74.85, heart disease was 57.65. [Conclusion] The death level of respiratory system disease, malignant tumor, cerebrovascular disease, injury and poisoning, and heart disease are the main causes of death.
