随着计算机集成技术和微机电系统 (MEMS)的迅速发展 ,微细塑性成形技术作为一种微细加工技术正在发挥着越来越重要的作用。与传统的宏观塑性加工不同 ,微细塑性成形不但加工对象尺寸小 ,要求精度高 ,而且在加工过程中材料所表现出来的性质与宏观加工相比也有许多不同之处 ,尺度效应将会发生。本文系统地介绍了微细塑性成形技术产生的背景 ,阐述了微细塑性成形技术的研究现状 ,探讨了微细塑性成形技术发展过程中所面临的一些技术难点、微细塑性成形理论研究的发展方向和技术应用前景。
With the rapid development of computer integrated technology and micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS), micro-plastic forming technology is playing an increasingly important role as a micro-fabrication technology. Different from the traditional macro-plastic processing, the micro-plastic forming not only has small size and high precision, but also has many differences compared with the macro-processing in the processing. The scale effect will occur. This paper systematically introduces the background of the micro-plastic forming technology, elaborates the research status of the micro-plastic forming technology, discusses some technical difficulties in the development of the micro-plastic forming technology, the development direction and application of the theory of micro-plastic forming prospect.
