我国高等学校的校医院是在计划经济体制下形成的学校必备的后勤服务设施之一,主要承担着为高校教职工与学生防病治病的各项医疗服务工作。但是随着社会医疗行业的改革,各种资金形式的的医院竞争力都在不断地提高。而国家统筹医疗保险的实行,更使得患者有了更自由的选择空间,校医院面临着病员减少的危机。因此校医院的改革势在必行。
The school hospitals in higher education institutions in our country are one of the necessary logistics service facilities in schools under the planned economy system. They mainly undertake various medical services for the prevention and treatment of diseases by medical staff and students in colleges and universities. However, with the reform of the social medical industry, the competitiveness of various forms of hospitals are continuously improving. The implementation of national co-ordination of medical insurance, but also allows patients to have more freedom of choice, the school hospital is facing a crisis of reduction of patients. Therefore, the reform of the school hospital is imperative.
