目的:研究板蓝根的化学成分。方法:采用大孔树脂、硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20和反相C18等柱色谱法进行分离和纯化,通过MS、NMR、COSY及HMBC等波谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果:从板蓝根水部位中分离纯化得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:2-吡咯烷酮-N-亚甲基-β-D-阿拉伯糖苷(1)、2-氨基-4-喹啉羧酸(2)、水杨酸(3)、尿苷(4)、2,4(1H,3H)-喹唑二酮(5)、3-噻吩甲酸(6)。结论:其中,化合物1为新化合物,化合物1、2、6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Radix Isatidis. METHODS: Macroporous resin, silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and reversed-phase C18 column chromatography were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by spectral data of MS, NMR, COZY and HMBC. Results: Six compounds were isolated and purified from the Radix isatidis water spots and identified as 2-pyrrolidone-N-methylene-β-D-arabinoside (1) Salicylic acid (3), uridine (4), 2,4 (1H, 3H) -quinazolinedione (5) and 3-thiophenecarboxylic acid (6). Conclusion: Among them, compound 1 is a new compound, and compounds 1, 2 and 6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
