目的:建立无花果中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法对不同产地的无花果中所含的绿原酸进行含量测定。色谱柱为WondaSilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸水(13:87);流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长:327nm;柱温:30℃。结果:表明绿原酸在0.05~0 80μg范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程:y=33105x-8651.9(r2=0.9999),平均回收率98.74%,RSD%=2.72。结论:方法分离效果好,操作简单,稳定性好,重复性好,可用于无花果中绿原酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in figs. Methods: The contents of chlorogenic acid in figs from different habitats were determined by RP-HPLC. The column was a Wonda Sil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid water (13:87), the flow rate was 1.0 ml / min, the detection wavelength was 327 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between chlorogenic acid and 0.05 ~ 0 80μg. The regression equation was y = 33105x-8651.9 (r2 = 0.9999). The average recovery was 98.74% and RSD% was 2.72. Conclusion: The method has good separation effect, simple operation, good stability and good reproducibility. It can be used for the determination of chlorogenic acid in figs.
