为了给我国终末期肾病透析治疗经济学评价研究的发展提供可借鉴的经验,对国内外前期开展的血液透析和腹膜透析治疗的经济评价进行综合评述.通过比较发现,我国现有的评价研究在研究设计和方法选择方面存在不足,建议参考国外最新研究进展,进行严谨的评价项目设计,并选取适宜的分析方法.
