目的观察干细胞循经穴位法移植治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法沿双下肢经络走行路线及双侧腓肠肌网状选择移植点,循经穴位加倍移植数量。结果所有患者足病变均在3个月内愈合,疼痛、冷感等明显改善,双下肢感觉神经传导速度、双下肢踝肱指数较治疗前明显提高。结论循经穴位法移植可显著提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of stem cell acupoint transplantation on diabetic foot. Methods Along the walking path of the lower extremities meridians and the bilateral gastrocnemius muscle, the transplanted points were selected. Results All patients’ foot lesions healed within 3 months. The pain and cold sensation improved obviously. The sensory nerve conduction velocity and the ankle-brachial index of both lower extremities were significantly higher than those before treatment. Conclusion Meridian acupoint transplantation can significantly improve the clinical effect.
