目的：探讨护理风险管理在普外科病房中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的160例普通外科患者作为本次研究对象，并随机分为观察组和对照组各80例，对照组80例实施常规护理，观察组80例患者在常规护理的基础上强化护理风险管理，对比两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果对照组80例患者中58例对护理效果表示满意，总满意度为72.5%，观察组80例患者中75例对护理效果表示满意，总满意度为93.75%，观察组护理效果明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，<0.05。结论实施护理风险管理能有效保障普外科病房护理安全，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。“,”Objective To explore the application value of nursing risk management in Department of general surgery. Methods Our hospital 160 cases of general surgical patients were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 80 cases each. The control group (80 cases) received routine nursing, the observe group of 80 patients on the basis of routine nursing care to strengthen risk management of nursing, were compared between the two groups of patients to nursing work satisfaction.
