培育企业核心竞争力是企业在激烈的市场竞争中赖以生存和发展的基础因素,但理论界关于我国专业保险中介核心竞争力的研究极为缺乏。本文在阐述专业保险中介核心竞争力研究现状基础上,深入分析了专业保险中介核心竞争力的影响因素,并试图建立起一套完整的专业保险中介核心竞争力评价指标体系,在此基础上,本文为提高我国保险中介核心竞争力提出了合理化建议。 Fostering the core competitiveness of enterprises is the basic factor for enterprises to survive and develop in the fierce market competition. However, there is a lack of theoretical research on the core competitiveness of professional insurance intermediaries in our country. On the basis of expatiating on the research status quo of core competence of professional insurance intermediary, this paper deeply analyzes the influencing factors of the core competence of professional insurance intermediary and attempts to establish a complete index system of core competence of professional insurance intermediary. On this basis, This paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for improving the core competitiveness of insurance intermediaries in China.
