目前冶金工厂普遍使用的电动吊钩桥式起重机(简称行车)的电气控制多采用TC型磁力控制盘。由于TC盘存在缺陷,经常发生吊物堕落。如在铸钢车间发生掉包(盛满钢水或铁水的包子突然掉落下来)事故,严重威胁钢铁工人的生命安全。兹将其缺陷与改进意见分述如下。一、TC盘的缺陷 TC盘为早期的彷苏产品型号,后期出厂命名为PQR-10磁力控制屏,其电气线路基本相同。今将PQR-10磁力控制屏线路绘制如附图(只图示控制线路,主回路略去)。
