随着当前通信事业的飞速发展和信息化速度的逐步加快,光缆通信已成为当前通信传输过程中的主要传输设备和传输方式。光缆通信是当前社会科学发展的产物,是高新技术的体现形式。在光缆通信传输的过程中,网络维护系统逐步成为传输过程中的主要难点。网络维护系统的设计与实现是未来光缆通信实现快捷、良好发展的前提基础,是保障通信传输质量的前提。
