近年来,我国高等职业教育发展很快,在学生入校学习的第三年,把他们送到企业顶岗实习是构成高职教育的最重要一个环节。但是在我国由于各种原因,很多高职院校这一环节做的并不成功,学生顶岗实习流于形式。笔者曾多次带学生到企业进行顶岗实习,并跟踪分析实习过程。本文即结合此,从多角度寻找顶岗实习中存在问题产生的原因,为今后进一步改善学生顶岗实习现状,以期收到更好的效果提出一些建议。
In recent years, the rapid development of higher vocational education in our country, in the third year of students entering school, sending them to the enterprise internship is the most important part of the vocational education. However, due to various reasons in our country, many vocational colleges do not succeed in this aspect, and the internship of students is a mere formality. I have repeatedly with students to the job internship, and tracking analysis of the internship process. This article is combined with this, looking for the reasons for the problems in internship from the perspective of multi-angle, in order to further improve the status of internship in post in the future, in order to receive better results and put forward some suggestions.
