一、竞争力和人才竞争力研究在激烈的竞争中,人们都希望在竞争中处于主导地位。而竞争是竞争者之间综合实力的较量,竞争力是综合实力中最直接、最核心的能力,一切能力都必须有助于竞争,都必须能够转化为竞争力,否则就失去了意义。于是,竞争力研究,就成为人们关注的热点和研究的重点。国际上,世界经济论坛(WEF)和瑞士洛桑国际管理学院(IMD)对国际竞争力所下的定义:一国或企业按比例计算,在世界市场上比它的对手创 First, the study of competitiveness and talent competitiveness In the fierce competition, people all want to be dominant in the competition.
