根据科技部“关于2001年度对国家重点和部门开放实验室进行评估的通知”,国家自然科学基金委员会聘请142位专家,按照国家重点实验室评估规则及评估指标体系,组织实施了对生命科学56个实验室的评估工作。现场评估分成7组从3月1日至25日对实验室进行了全面的现场考察;复评工作(聘请28位专家)从5月15日至20日于北京进行。通过现场评估和复评,形成了对参评实验室的评估意见和排序结果,现将评估有关情况总结如下。
According to the Notice of the Ministry of Science and Technology on the Assessment of State Key Laboratories and Departments in 2001, 142 experts from the National Natural Science Foundation of China were invited to organize and implement a series of surveys on life sciences in accordance with the evaluation rules and evaluation system of State Key Laboratories Laboratory evaluation. The on-site assessment was divided into 7 groups and conducted a comprehensive on-site inspection of the laboratory from March 1 to March 25; the re-evaluation work (hiring 28 experts) took place in Beijing from May 15 to May 20. Through the on-site assessment and re-evaluation, the evaluation opinions and sequencing results of the laboratory participating in the assessment have been formed. The current situation of the assessment is summarized as follows.
