钼是人体必需的微量元素之一 ,它在人体的吸收率与其可溶性相关 ,吸收后的钼以钼酸盐的形式与巨球蛋白结合 ,其排除主要通过肾脏。钼主要是通过含钼酶对生物体产生作用。动物钼中毒表现为类似铜缺乏病 ,人体钼中毒表现为痛风样症状 ,其治疗方法主要是支持性的。血钼浓度个体变异较大 ,目前测量钼浓度方法主要有中子活化和原子吸收 Molybdenum is one of the essential trace elements of the human body.
