在分析数据融合基本概念和原理的基础上,阐述了多传感器数据融合在设备故障诊断中的应用技 术,提出了将多传感器数据融合技术应用到液压系统的故障诊断方法,并应用于某车辆液压系统故障诊断实验, 给出了实现计算机自动诊断的程序流程,结果表明该方法能够及时准确地提取液压系统故障特征、诊断出故障 部位、找出故障原因。
Based on the analysis of the basic conception and principle of data fusion, the application technology of multisensor data fusion in equipment fault diagnosis is expounded. The fault diagnosis method applying multisensor data fusion technology to hydraulic system is proposed and applied to a vehicle hydraulic The experimental results show that this method can extract the fault characteristics of hydraulic system in time and accurately, diagnose the fault location and find out the cause of the fault.
