近两年来,股前外侧皮瓣继解剖学研究之后成功地用于临床,为面部软组织大面积缺损的修复又提供了一个新的供区。我科于1985年对两例面部软组织缺损的病人,应用股前外侧皮瓣修复取得了比较满意的效果。
In the past two years, the anterolateral skin flap has been successfully used in clinical practice after anatomic study, providing a new donor area for the repair of large-scale facial soft tissue defects. Our department in 1985 on two cases of facial soft tissue defect patients, the application of anterolateral skin flap repair achieved more satisfactory results.
