提出一种确定汽轮机末级隔板静叶表面上大水滴沉积量的方法。采用轨迹法计算了次末级动叶后二次水滴在轴向间隙及末级隔板叶栅通道中的运动规律、分析了动叶圆周速度、轴向间隙尺寸及级的工作参数等因素对水滴沉积位置的影响.讨论了如何根据级的实际工作条件合理设计抽除水膜的缝隙。
A method of determining the amount of large droplets deposited on the stator vanes of the final stage diaphragm of a steam turbine is presented. The trajectories of the second droplet in the axial gap and the final partition cascade passageway were calculated by the trajectory method. The influences of the moving speed, the axial clearance and the working parameters of the stage were analyzed. The influence of the droplet deposition location is discussed, and how to reasonably design the slit of the water film removed according to the actual working conditions of the grade is discussed.
