应用隶属函数值法 ,以相对含水量、相对电解质外渗率、叶伸展速率、干物质胁迫指数、相对存活率及成穗率胁迫指数和籽粒产量胁迫指数等为指标 ,对小麦的抗盐性进行了评价。苗期生长生理性状指标的隶属度综合值 (∑X(u) )与均值 (X—(u) )综合评价表明 ,本试验中小麦抗盐性为 :植申 2号 >鲁麦 1 9>浙麦 >扬麦 1 5 8>鲁麦 2 3。产量性状胁迫指数的隶属度综合值 (∑X(u) )与均值 (X—(u) )综合评价表明 ,小麦抗盐性 :鲁麦 1 9>植申 2号 >浙麦>扬麦 1 5 8>鲁麦 2 3。本文还对产量性状胁迫指数与生长生理性状的隶属度进行了相关分析。
Using membership function method, the relative water content, relative electrolyte leakage rate, leaf extension rate, dry matter stress index, relative survival rate and heading rate stress index and grain yield stress index as indicators, the salt tolerance of wheat did an evaluation. The comprehensive evaluation of the membership value (ΣX (u)) and the average value (X- (u)) of seedling growth physiological index showed that the salt resistance of wheat in this experiment was: Shen 2> Zhejiang wheat> Yang Mai 1 5 8> Lu Mai 2 3. The comprehensive evaluation of the membership values (ΣX (u)) and the mean (X - (u)) of the yield traits indicated that the salt tolerance of wheat: Lumai19> Shenzhen2> Zhemai> Yangmai1 5 8> Lu Mai 2 3. In this paper, the correlation between yield stress index and growth physiological traits was also analyzed.
