加氢组分对铜基催化剂CO2加氢直接合成二甲醚性能的影响

以不同加氢组分对CO2加氢合成二甲醚性能的影响为对象,采用XRD、BET、TEM、TPR和TPD对催化剂性质进行了表征.研究结果表明,Cu/HZSM-5催化剂中添加Zn或Mn均能有效提高催化剂的CO2加氢转化活性;同时添加Zn和Mn的Cu-Zn-Mn/HZSM-5催化剂,CO2加氢合成二甲醚性能最好,CO2转化率18.78%,DME选择性46.22%.其中,Mn存在有利于催化剂加氢活性组分的分散,并增加对CO2的吸附能力;Zn的存在则增强了催化剂对H2的吸附活化能力,Zn和Mn同时存在产生的协同作用使催化剂具有很好的CO2加氢合成二甲醚的活性. The effects of different hydrogenation components on the performance of dimethyl ether (DME) for CO2 hydrogenation were studied. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET, TEM, TPR and TPD. The results show that addition of Zn Or Mn can effectively increase the CO2 hydroconversion activity of the catalyst; the Cu-Zn-Mn / HZSM-5 catalyst with addition of Zn and Mn has the best CO2-hydrogenation performance and the conversion of CO2 is 18.78% 46.22% .In the presence of Mn, it is conducive to the dispersion of the active components of the catalyst hydrogenation and increase the adsorption capacity of CO2; the presence of Zn enhances the catalytic activity of the catalyst for the adsorption and activation of H2, synergistic effect of Zn and Mn coexist So that the catalyst has good CO2 hydrogenation dimethyl ether activity.
