筛选了１４个萘普生控释片处方。其中处方１４，２ｈ累积释放药物１８．０％，６ｈ为４８．６％，１２ｈ为９４．０％，释放速率接近零级动力学，释放速率常数ｋ为０．０７７６ｈ－１，释放ｔ１／２为６ｈ。
14 naproxen controlled release tablets were screened. The cumulative release rate of drug was 18.0%, 48.6% in 6h and 94.0% in 12h, and the release rate was close to zero-order kinetics. The release rate constant k was 0.0776h-1, releasing t1 / 2 For 6h.
