目的观察分析应用临床路径对慢性乙型肝炎患者健康教育疗效的影响。方法选取我院收治的慢性乙型肝炎的患者132例为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分成两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组患者实施临床护理路径。对比两组的护理效果。结果实施不同的护理方案后,观察组患者的评分高于对照组,两组比较差异显著,P<0.05。观察组生活能力、生理功能、心理功能、社会功能得分均明显高于对照组;观察组患者接受治疗后生存质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者肝功能改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用临床路径对慢性乙型肝炎患者健康教育疗效显著,患者的生活质量得到显著地提高,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of clinical pathways on health education in chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods A total of 132 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received clinical nursing pathway. Compare the two groups of nursing effects. Results After different nursing programs were implemented, the score of observation group was higher than that of control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The observation group’s living ability, physiological function, psychological function and social function score were significantly higher than those of the control group. The quality of life of observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The improvement of liver function in observation group was better than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Clinical pathways have a significant effect on health education in patients with chronic hepatitis B, and the quality of life of patients has been significantly improved, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
