日本一家公司推出一种可以吃的包装纸。这种纸是以豆渣为原料,采用高技术制成的。具体制法是:在豆渣水中加入脂肪酶和淀粉酶,用40℃的温度加温7-8小时后,油脂部分被分解,留下食物纤维。食物纤维掺入山芋粉后使之粘住便制成纸。该纸最适合快餐面调料的包装,用热汤一泡,便可溶化,不仅方便,也具有一定的营养价值。
