“1+N”价值体系的提出济钢集团汽运公司现有职工1400名,年产值5亿多元,是济钢集团的全资子公司和山东省物流和采购行业综合实力50强。冶金物流企业点多、面广、线长、流动性和独立性强,职工思想比较活跃,接受新事物较快,多元价值取向明显,出现了理想信念滑坡、法制观念淡薄等现象,发生过违法乱纪行为、违反职业道德现象等问题。公司党委认为,出现这些现象和问题的核心,是部分职工理想信念、价值观的缺失,没有形成支撑其行为
